Michael Hall, RPLS – President
Michael has close to 20 years’ experience managing surveying services in Houston and surrounding areas for numerous private developers, engineering firms, architects, utility contractors and public sector entities such as Texas Department of Transportation, Harris County Flood Control District, City of Houston, University of Houston, Houston Independent School District, North Fort Bend Water Authority, San Jacinto River Authority and many local Municipal Utility Districts. Michael is a graduate of Texas A&M University where he earned a Bachelor of Science in Geography in 1997.
Chris Rhodes, RPLS – Vice President
Chris has over 16 years of experience in Land Surveying and has extensive experience in multiple facets of surveying including construction layout, flood studies, platting and land development. Having worked almost exclusively with civil engineering companies, Chris is very familiar with the specific needs of engineers, as well as architects and planners. Chris is proficient in preparing ALTA/NSPS Land Title Surveys and resolving legal and standards issues that may arise. He excels at his capacity to collaborate with both the buyer’s and seller’s sides to create an end-product that meets and exceeds all expectations. Chris also has vast knowledge in municipal ordinances and various county development laws that are necessary to facilitate clients’ needs for subdivision platting, Joint Referral, public easements and other public documents that may be required for development. Chris obtained his Bachelor of Science degree (Summa Cum Laude) from the University of Houston in 2013.
